Welcome to www.horsemensrun.org. This site (the “Site”) is the official website for the Horsemen’s Run Community Association, Inc. (“Association,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us”). This Privacy Policy is designed to tell you about our practices regarding collection, use and disclosure of information that we may collect from and about you. Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using or submitting information to this Site. This Site is intended for use by homeowners (“Members”) or potential homeowners of the Horsemen’s Run community in Fayette County, Georgia.

The Site is a general audience and membership site. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If found, any personal data from children will be deleted.
